Services We are a full service holistic health and wellness center. We offer Chiropractic Health Care, Holistic Nutritional Assessment and Testing, Fitness Classes, and Massage. As a primary care portal of entry Physician, Dr Senz can also offer sport and health physicals, request specific laboratory tests including but not limited to blood work, MRI and more. Our approach to your health is just different. We do not rely on drugs or surgery to correct sick conditions. We rely on the intuitive healing powers the body already possesses and assist that process for maximum health and healing. Our practice is both science-evidence based and vitalistic.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
Options Chiropractic is not a third party provider, and does not contract with any Health Insurance Companies. However, we will be more than happy to file your insurance claims you need to recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
